Summary of job requirements
Our Client is a CySec Regulated Investment Firm, they are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant for their office here in Limassol. Our client has a particular focus on high net worth individuals and institutions.
Customer Support
Providing front line customer support
Dealing with all enquiries regarding customer accounts.
Resolving issues with the Platform.
Assisting with client opening accounts
Working closely with all departments


Requirements for Customer Support:
College diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Business related field
Very good analytical and problem solving skills
Computer literate. Microsoft Office skills - must
Ability to work well under pressure
Good team player and excellent time management
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills
Attention to detail/accurate
Dedicated to the job
Available for shifts 24/5 on rotation (From Sunday 23:00 to Friday 23:00)
Languages: English at a very high level (Verbal & Written)
Previous employment within an investment firm with similar/other role is considered an advantage.
