Our client is a well established and highly respected international Forex Trading Company with offices in Switzerland, Dubai, BVI and Cyprus.

A CySec Regulated Investment Firm, they are looking to hire additional Sales Executives for their established sales team here in Limassol.

As this role will combine both sales (new leads) and customer support (existing clients/business) the
role will be primarily be responsible for handling leads generated via the internet and then contacting these prospective clients and selling the company's forex services. However the responsibilities will also include handling customer requests such as:
opening customer accounts and verifying customer documents (KYC procedures)
providing general service information,
ensuring the highest level of customer support via phone, email and live chat
advising and assisting clients on all aspects to effectively manage their accounts

The ideal candidate will therefore:
Have previous experience in a Sales and/or Customer Support role ideally within FX or any other Financial Services/Banking/Investment Company
Be fluent in English and either Russian or Chinese or Japanese.
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to sell effectively and at the same time offer the highest level of customer service and support

The company is offering a salary of 1200 Euros gross per month x 12 salaries plus monthly commissions based on sales.
