Summary of job requirements
Our client is a CySec regulated Forex Trading Company, who has been in operation internationally for over 8 years. They run operations in several countries including Canada, Turkey, Israel and Australia and their Cyprus office is the latest addition to their network of offices.They are looking to hire a Spanish and French Customer Support Representative for their Customer Support team here in Limassol and although experience will be an advantage, they are also happy to consider candidates with no previous experience in forex or finance.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and French and have excellent communication and customer service skills with an interest to develop their career in the fast growing industry of Forex Trading.
The position will require flexibility to work morning shifts (8am - 4pm) and afternoon shifts (4pm - midnight) on a rotational basis.
The company is offering a salary of between 1300 Euros - 1500 Euros gross per month plus benefits including Monthly Bonus of between 250 - 300 Euros per month based on performance plus Medical Insurance.
