Summary of job requirements
Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients
Responsible for meeting revenue targets
Monitoring and retaining trader's accounts
Maintain customer relations along with customer retention
Ensure personal contact is maintained to trader's via phone, email and on line chat
Qualifications :
Experience within the Forex Industry an advantage however full training is provided.
Excellent communication & organization skills
Knowledge of English is a must
Knowledge of Word/Excel
Working hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday
