Summary of job requirements
Our client is an international company is focused on production, storage, transportation and distribution of oils and petroleum products. With 15 years of experience in the trading, blending and logistics of petroleum products, they have become a global player on the market. With global coverage we they ensure that clients get what they want, when they want. Duties:
Providing administrative assistance to the Managing Director and the heads of all departments
Drafting sales contracts, issuing invoices, checking and approving suppliers' invoices, maintaining office budget
Preparation of meetings, organising conference calls
Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, fax, courier)
Scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Administration, tracking and safekeeping of all documents
Attending meetings regarding the projects, preparing presentation materials, taking minutes of the meetings.
Salary and benefits:
1500 Euros gross monthly with yearend bonus based on performance
Medical cover
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hours lunch
