Our client, a leading CySec licensed FX Company in Limassol is looking to hire an individual for the position of Head of Brokerage.

The position will be responsible for:

Hiring, training and Managing a team of Junior and Senior Dealers
Ensuring the evaluation, expansion and implementation of policies and procedure employing the company's tools and applications
Coordinate with internal departments to assure work flow of daily duties and activities
Maintain and develop relationships with external third party partners
Ensure operation is in compliance with all regulatory instructions and internal requirements

The position requires someone with the following profile:

University degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Engineering/ Computer science. An MBA will be considered a distinct advantage
A minimum of 5 years experience of the financial markets in Brokerage firms/ Trading desks/ Financial institutions
A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience managing a large team
Fluency in English at a high level
Very strong technical skills - Financial analysis, computer skills etc.
Knowledge of the Forex industry will be a major advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, initiative, self-learner, independent.
