The Role - PHP / Drupal - Technical Lead

Reporting to Project leader, the PHP / Drupal - Technical Lead will be responsible for:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

To support the development team on new and existing systems as required on a project by project basis,
Creation of documentation detailing technical work required for requested development, maintenance and support tasks to company standards,
Assist the PM with project planning and critical path analysis,
Systems development and design,
Supervise system testing against deliverables and ensure development needs are met,
Ensure conformance to the project workflow by all members of the team,
Provide mentoring services and technical leadership to members of the development team,
Carry out analysis necessary for development, maintenance and support tasks on new and existing systems as requested resulting in the production of documentation detailing technical work required for requested development, maintenance and support tasks to company standards,
Kkeep up to date with the languages and technologies required to perform well in the job - currently to include Drupal CMS, PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, MySQL and Linux.

Minimum Requirements

Ideally a minimum of 5 years (enterprise) web application development/support,
Ideally a minimum of 3 years technical lead/Sr developer
Industry Experience of:
PHP 6+ years
Drupal development 3+ years
MySQL 4+ years
Strong SQL Skills
Experience developing/ supporting Enterprise applications
XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript

CVS/ Subversion (source code control)
LINUX
Windows Server
IIS
Apache
