Summary of job requirements
Our client is a leading international financial trading company providing foreign exchange, precious metals and CFDs online trading services, to retail and institutional investors for over 10 years with offices in 22 locations worldwide including Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America and over 650 staff within these countries.

Due to their continuous expansion they are now looking to hire a person to fill the role of Customer Service/IT Help Desk for their offices here in Limassol.

The positions will be responsible for the following:
Offering telephone support to customers
Replying to queries by email
Offering online live chat support
Processing documents

The successful candidates will have:
An IT related Degree
Knowledge of the MT4 trading platform will be a definite advantage
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role ideally
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal, knowledge of other languages (particularly Russian, Portuguese and Arabic) a definite advantage.
