We're looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Media Buyer to join our Marketing team.

Job Detail:
Managing high scale media display campaigns for the various brands the company owns; which includes negotiating and purchasing online media, managing and optimizing existing campaigns and monitoring revenues in order to maximize company's profitability.
Work and report directly to the Advertising Director.
Requirements
1. Proven experience of at least 1 year in online media buying, managing media display campaigns
a. All kinds of payouts (CPA, CPC, CPM/dCPM, CPV, Flat Fees)
b. All types of media inventory (display - banners and/or pops, social, incentivized, contextual, email marketing)
c. All types of traffic sources - Media Networks (inc. Exchanges), Affiliates/Websites/Portals, Affiliate Networks
d. Experience with downloadable applications monetized by search assets - an advantage

2. Analytical skills
a. Good knowledge in excel
b. Monitoring campaigns
c. Analyzing reports
d. Optimization based on campaign stats

3. Sales driven person
a. Seeking new partners constantly
b. Dynamic and Goal oriented
c. High negotiation skills

4. Good knowledge of the internet landscape

5. Full proficiency of English - Excellent oral and written communication skills (other languages - an advantage)
