Summary of job requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Reception area and the telephones. She will handle general typing, correspondence and secretarial duties, and any communication in and out of the company. She will need to be able to prioritise daily workload and work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Be a native English speaker, Russian would be considered an advantage
The ability to work longer hours when required
Ability to work under pressure and stress
The ability to work efficiently and correctly
Self motivated and organised individual
Strong administration and time management skills
Experience of exposure in international tax planning and trusts will be considered an advantage.
